Self-performed scope

Flomar delivers complete civil packages from bulk cut and fill through to finished external works. The scope includes foundation and building-pad excavation, engineered fill, subgrade preparation, concrete and granular pavements, kerb and gutter, line marking, fencing bases and site finishing, supported by owned earthmoving and haulage plant across NSW and the ACT.

Our own crews, plant and method

Crews carry the package from survey and erosion controls through excavation, fill, proof-rolling, pavement layers and final external works. Keeping earthmoving, haulage and finishing within one team reduces handovers between trades.
