Project overview
The Hill Road Upgrade is a staged Transport for NSW program improving a high-traffic urban corridor around Sydney Olympic Park and its connections with the M4 and Parramatta Road.

- Ausgrid ASP1 electrical mains relocations across four construction stages
- TfNSW street lighting installation
- Bulk utility trench excavation and backfill including road crossings
- Pavement and footpath demolition and reinstatement to TfNSW standards
- Cable hauling and overhead line modifications under road-occupancy licences
- Utility authority cutover applications, permits and QA close-out
